because Jn Atte Parke and Jn Pake and Rich Cooke for their tenures which they hold of the lady are thought to enclose a greater part of the enclosure of the park of this manor than their due and by the view of the lady's officers it doth plainly appear that the said park is very ill enclosed whereby the lady's game may easily run away and some other harm may chance to the lady except by the more speedy remedy it be prevented therefore the said Jn Jn and Rich are charged to amend the said enclosure against the next court under pain to forfeit their tenements which they hold of the lord by doing the service aforesaid
