the bailiff and the lady's officers being present in the park of the agistment of beasts agisted this year last past by certain persons upon whose names it more plainly appeareth by a certain scroll fastened upon this roll 43s7d of which money the bailiff is to be charged in his account of the year last going before and because the scroll was given to the clerk writing this court after the said court was holden and not in the open court it is given in charge to enquire at the next court by all ways and means that may be enquired if the said officers have given a faithful account of the said agistments or not that the lady be not beguiled of her right
