| fine 4d | to this court came Jn Langeton and Emma his wife and surrendered into the hands of the lady all her estate which the aforesaid Emma held for her lifetime in one cottage with garden adjoining sometime of Amyas Atte Broke the remainder thereof belonging to Eliz wife of Jn Loveney and then in the same said court the aforesaid Jn Loveney and Eliz his wife and she herself solely examined surrendered and released all her right to Thos Bovyle Firmin Shropham and Jn Lavenham to whom the lady granted thereof seisin to hold to the same said Thos Firmin and Jn and their heirs from the lady at the will according to ancient services and customs according to the custom of the manor and they gave to the lady for a fine as shown in the margin and made fealty to the lady |
