to whom the lady granted thereof seisin to hold to himself and his heirs from the lady at the will of the lady according to the custom of the manor upon such condition that if the aforesaid

should be allowed by the lady to enter by licence of the lady into the aforesaid tenement with garden and 20a of land with all its appurtenances as in her previous estate and the aforesaid

gave to the lady for a fine etc and made fealty and afterwards in the same said court the aforesaid

surrendered into the hands of the lady the aforesaid tenement and the aforesaid lands with appurtenances to the use of
