whereas Wm Arnewy purchased one cottage late of Thos Prodeman from Wm Omond chaplain and he had a day now to surrender at this court to return his fine and make fealty according to the custom of the manor upon pain of 40d and he has not come and the same said Wm Arnwey by the agreement and consent of the said Wm Omond for some time has occupied the aforesaid cottage and to this time occupies it to the defrauding of the lady etc therefore it is presented to seize the aforesaid cottage etc and to return from the profits until etc
