fine     postponed to this court came Thos Smythe Thos Hunte and Robt Segge and surrendered into the hands of the lady one messuage and fifteen acrewar of land sometime of Jn Atte Hey and one molland sometime of Rich Atte Hey called Peryelond with appurtenances to the use of Robt Taillor Wm Atte Wode Thos Mordon upon such condition that if the aforesaid Robt Wm and Thos Mordon should pay or cause to be paid to the aforesaid Thos Smithe as his true account at the feast of all saints 1.11.next 40s and at the feast of all saints next following 4marks and at the feast of all saints then next following 4marks and at the feast of all saints then next following 4marks to whom the lady granted thereof seisin to hold to the same said Robt Wm and Thos Mordon their heirs and assigns from the lady at the will of the lady by ancient services and customs according to the custom of the manor saving whatever rights etc upon condition of the precept and if they should default in any payment at any of the aforenamed times that then truly the aforesaid Thos Smythe Thos Hunte and Robt Segg should have reentry into the aforesaid messuage and 15a of land sometime of Jn Atte Hey and one molland sometime of Rich Atte Hey called Perylond with appurtenances as in their aforementioned estate this surrender notwithstanding and they gave to the lady for a fine as shown in the margin and made fealty
