at this court the lady granted out of her hands to Robt Segge and Thos Bonyle a certain parcel of land lying between a tenement of Thos Hunte situated next to the church stile on the east part and a shop of Rich Gosebolle on the west part in length and breadth held of the aforesaid Thos Hunte to have and to hold the aforesaid parcel of land to the aforesaid Robt and Thos Bonyle and the heirs of the said Robt for a rent per annum of 4d at the feast of michaelmas and easter equally and they made fealty
