| fine 4d | to this court came Robt Segge and Thos Bonyl and surrendered into the hands of the lady a certain parcel of land lying between a tenement of Thos Hunte situated next to the church stile on the east part and a shop of Rich Goseboll on the west part in length and breadth of the tenement of the aforesaid Thos Hunte to the use of the aforesaid Thos Hunte and Robt Tayllor to whom the lady granted thereof seisin to hold to the same said Thos and Robt and the heirs of the said Thos from the lady at the will of the lady by the service of 4d per annum to be paid at the feasts of michaelmas and easter equally and they gave to the lady for a fine as shown etc and made fealty etc |
