an inquisition is taken by virtue of the office of the steward upon the oath of Jn Pake Jn Stonwene Robt Stepvene Jn Clerke Jn Sonyld Thos Bonyle Rich Abram who say that Thos Smyth made default of suit of court therefore etc and it is presented to distrain him that he should be here at the next to save further default of the aforesaid suit etc and that Jn Okele prior of Earls Colne and a member of his household entered into the lord's warren and there brought down and killed two hares with his dogs and greyhounds therefore he is placed in respite to reply to the lord's charge
