in the time of the lady
Matilda de Veer
without a surrender in court etc and afterwards the said
Wm Webbe
bought the said messuage of
Wm Ovinger
(sic)
in the time of the said lady without licence etc and the said
Wm Ovinger
gave to the lord for a fine as shown and afterwards the said
Wm Ovinger
sold the said messuage to
Robt Sebryt
without surrender in the time of the said lady therefore now it is presented to seize into the hands of the lord until etc and to return to the lord of the profits |
