the aforesaid jury present that a stranger was arrested for the lord's bailiff upon suspicion of by the said stranger as a waif on 8.2. before this date of this court and the same was apportioned in harm to the lord to the value of 20s etc whereof it is remembered that the bailiff delivered the said horse to the lord earl at Hengham upon the testament of Wm Ingham whereof the bailiff delivered acquittal etc
