fine 16d | to this court came Wm Atte Fryth otherwise called Ballard and surrendered into the hands of the lord one messuage with appurtenances lying between a lane leading from Colne towards the lord's park on one part and a messuage of Jn Bray on the other part one head abutting upon the king's highway leading from Colne towards Halsted to the use of Firmin Tyllere and Joan his wife Wm Atte Wod Robt Sebryth and Thos Kelet to whom the lord now at this court granted thereof seisin to hold to the same said Firmin and Joan his wife Wm Robt and Thos their heirs and assigns from the lord at the will of the lord by ancient services and customs etc and they gave to the lord for a fine etc and made fealty |
