it is shown by the whole homage that Emma Ward in her pure widowhood sold half of a tenement with lands and pasture which sometime was of Jn Pake to Jn Rolf of Waltham Abey without licence of the court therefore it is presented to the bailiff to order the aforesaid Jn that he should be here at the next leet on behalf of the said Emma upon pain to make a fine to the lord for the aforesaid Emma for receiving again the aforesaid lands and tenements with their appurtenances in his former estate etc whereof he is amerced
