| Earls Colne Jn Heyne | whereas at a court here held on the wednesday the day after st margt in 21.7.18Edw3 it was shown by an inquisition that Jn Hyne who held from the lord one messuage freely by deed on the day of his death after whose death the aforesaid messuage was seized into the hands of the lord by reason of the minority of Jn son and heir of the aforesaid Jn Heyne which same said messuage was valued per annum in all its profits at a the certain value of the returns of 14d whereof the bailiff is to seize the profits thereof to the lord |
