Earls Colne Eustace Sparowe Jn de illegible textThos Segge chaplain Roger illegible text Colne Engaine Thos Dyn and Jn Soneld whereas at a court here held on friday 13.12.33Edw3 the lord granted to Wm Stepvene now Eustace Sparowe Roger Eston (inserted) 2r of meadow of a parcel of Smythlond lying next to a meadow of Adam Crudd to hold to the same said Wm his heirs and assigns for a term of five years returning thereof annually to the lord 5s etc item whereas lately Rich Lambard now Thos Segge (inserted) took from the lord one cottage called Heynes until the full age of the heir of Jn Hyne now came the same said Rich and surrendered all his term to a certain Jn Belle to hold until the full age of the said heir by the ancient farm etc and he gave to the lord etc item the lord granted to Wm Gosse all the customary tenement sometime of Jn Atte Here which Rich Lamberd previously held by the services etc to hold to the same said Wm and his assigns for a term of seven years returning thereof annually to the lord 30s per annum item whereas Rich Stepvene now Thos Dyn and Jn Soneld (inserted) the lord's bondsman purchased by deed 9a of land of Robt Dyn clerk in Colne Engaine called Stepfeldcroft which same said land was seised into the hands of the lord by reason above mentioned etc and upon this came the same said Rich and showed the deed of enfeofment and surrendered the said deed and afterwards the said deed was restated for him illegible text with the aforesaid land to hold at the will of the lord to himself and Xian his wife and their heirs etc
