| fine 6d | to this court came Jn Kene and Margt his wife who was lately wife of Jn Fanneman she solely examined and consenting and Wm Clerk and surrendered into the hands of the lord one cottage with one curtilage with one purpresture adjoining next to the king's highway whereof the aforesaid cottage with curtilage lies between a messuage of Jn Dylfyk on one part and a messuage late of Thos Manlee and the lord now at this court regranted out of his hands by his steward the aforesaid cottage with one curtilage with the aforesaid purpresture to the said Jn and Margt his wife to hold to the same said Jn and Margt his wife their heirs and assigns from the lord at the will of the lord by the ancient services and customs etc and they gave to the lord for a fine etc and made fealty etc |
