fine 2s | Jn Wait Jn Litilman and Jn Wrythe present in court surrender into the lord's hands one cottage lying at Colford Hill between the messuage of Jn Lytilman and a certain way called Perysmyllane in Great Colne to the use of Jn Giffard Ralph Nooke and Rich Skinner and the heirs of the same Jn Gifford that the said Jn Ralph and Rich pay of cause to be paid to the said Jn Waite Jn Litilman and Jn Writhe 5marks of english money in five years next following viz the first term of payment beginning at the term of pentecost next following after the title of this court 13s4d and so from year to year until the said 5marks be fully paid and if there be default in the payment aforesaid at any day or any year after any feast then it shall be lawful to the said Jn Jn and Jn by the licence of the court to reenter to whom there is seisin delivered to hold to them and the heirs of the said Jn Giffard begotten by the rod to the will of the lord by the services and customs saving the right of everyone and they give the lord for fine for entry to be had etc |
