Thos Kelet and Jn Hyne present in court surrendered into the lord's hands a certain parcel of land in Berecroft Lane containing 21ft in length and 24ft in breadth one head abutting on the garden late of Jn Kebill the other head on the foresaid parcel together with a way leading to Berecroft Field to carry and recarry chase and rechase with horses and carts at all seasons of the year through all Berecroft Lane aforesaid to the use of Edm Golding and his heirs to whom there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to him and his heirs by the rod to the will of the lord by the services etc and he giveth nothing for fine because he paid it before in the time of Jn Turnor bailiff
