at the court preceding this same said court to mend and repair the said tenements against this court upon pain for each of them of 40d and it is testified by the homage that the said tenements are still not repaired nor mended therefore they incur a penalty for each of them of 20d which it is presented to the bailiff to levy against the next court to the use of the lord and a further day is given to the same that they should remedy against the next upon pain of 6s8d for each of them |
