at this court it is presented to seize into the hands of the lord a certain bond tenement called Preston because no one came into the court after the death of Jn Bray to claim the same out of the hands of the lord and to return to the lord of the profits and further it is presented to distrain the land tenant of two free cottages which the said Jn held to make to the lord fealty against the next court for the aforesaid cottages etc
