fine 2s condition | and to this court came Jn Tyler senior and surrendered into the hands of the lord one cottage called Parssemers with a certain purpresture adjoining with appurtenances to the use of Walt Scot tailor and Jn Soneld senior to whom the lord by his steward granted thereof seisin to hold to themselves their heirs and assigns by the rod at the will of the lord by the ancient services and customs saving the right etc and upon the conditions following that if the aforesaid Walt and Jn Soneld should pay or cause to be paid to the aforesaid Jn Tyler or his true attorney 5marks of legal english money in the form below written viz at the feast of michaelmas.next after the date of this court 6s8d at the feast of easter then next following 6s8d and each year then following at the aforesaid feasts 6s8d until the aforesaid 5marks should be paid that then the aforesaid surrender should remain in force and effect otherwise they should have nothing and it should truly be allowed to the said Jn Tyler and his heirs to reenter into the aforesaid cottage and purpresture with appurtenances and to retain in his former estate by licence of the court as required and ordered and they gave for a fine and made fealty |
