fine 40d condition reentry Wm Boome and Jn Turnor present in court surrendered into the hands of the lord two messuages called Prudmans and Lethyardes in the aforesaid Colne to the use of Robt Holme Jn Ashford and Wm Hauk and their heirs to whom it was delivered thereof seisin by the rod to hold at the will of the lord to themselves and their heirs by the services and customs saving the rights etc and they gave for a fine etc and made fealty and seisin was delivered upon the following condition viz that the same said Robt Jn and Wm should pay or cause to be paid to the aforesaid Wm Boome his executors or attorney 40marks6s8d at the feasts below written viz at the feast of pentecost next following 26s8d and at the same said feast of pentecost then next following 26s8d and thus from year to year for each year at the feast of pentecost 26s8d and in the last year there should be at the feast of pentecost 33s4d and if it should happen that the aforesaid Robt Jn and Wm should default in part or in whole of the aforesaid payments at any of the aforesaid prementioned terms that then truly it should be allowed to the aforesaid Wm and Jn Turnor to renter into the aforesaid messuage etc and to retain in their former estate this present surrender and seisin notwithstanding
