fine 2s condition reentry void Jn Tiler Jn Turnor and Robt Sebryght present in court and Alice who was wife of Wysse Williamson present in the same surrendered into the hands of the lord one tenement called Turnours in Earls Colne containing one messuage with garden to the use of Jn Stonard Wm Boome and Jn Asshforde and their heirs to whom it was delivered thereof seisin by the rod to hold to themselves and their heirs by the services and customs etc saving the rights etc and they gave for a fine etc and seisin was delivered upon the following condition viz that the same said Jn Stonard Wm Boome and Jn Ashford should pay or cause to be paid to the same said Alice her executors or attorneys 4li at the feasts below written viz at the feast of michaelmas next following 26s8d and at the feast of easter then next following 26s8d and at the feast of michaelmas then next following 26s8d and the aforesaid Alice Jn Tiler and Jn Turnor and Robt should discharge the said Jn Stonard Wm Boome and Jn Ashford against any arrears whatsoever of the aforesaid lands as far as the entire sum of this court and if it should happen that the aforesaid Jn Stonard Wm and Jn should default in part or in whole of the above written payments at the aforesaid feasts that then truly it should be allowed to the same said Jn Tiler Jn Robt and Alice to reenter into the said tenement and to retain in their former estate the present seisin notwithstanding etc
