fine 20d Rich Northe present in court surrendered to the lord one curtilage with a certain barn by an old name called Dygers in Colne which Rich had seisin of jointly with Simon Tie now dead of the surrender of Jn Pannell to the use of Thos Pecocke Robt Sely Jn Crowchman and Jn Ashford executors of the will of the said Simon Tie their heirs and assigns to whom there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to them their heirs and assigns by the rod to the will of the lord by the ancient services due and accustomed according to the custom of the manor and they give the lord for fine for their entry thereon to be had and made fealty
