after the date of this court 13s4d and at the feast of easter then next following 13s4d and so from year to year at every of the feasts aforesaid 13s4d until the whole sum of 5li be fully paid in every part and if default be made in any payment abovesaid at any day of payment of the money by fifteeen days or any parcel thereof that from thence forth it shall be lawful for the said
