fine 3s4dThos Paycocke Robt Sely Jn Crowcheman and Jn Ashford executors of the testament of Simon Tie present in court surrendered into the lord's hands one curtilage with a barn of old called Dygers in Colne with appurtenances in the presence of Wm Gardiner bailiff there and other of the tenants of the same to the use of Ralph Audeley Jeff Tyler and Jn Tredgold glazier their heirs and assigns to whom there is seisin thereof delivered by the steward to hold to them their heirs and assigns by the rod to the will of the lord by the ancient services due and accustomed according to the custom of the manor saving the rights of every man yet on this condition following that the said Ralph Audeley Jeff Tyler and Jn Tredgold their heirs or attorneys pay or cause to be paid or one of them pay in the church of Colne to the said Thos Paycocke Robt Sely Jn Crowchman and Jn Ashford executors of the testament of the said Simon Tie 5li of lawful money at the feasts underwritten to wit michaelmas.next after the date of this court 13s4d and at the feast of easter then next following 13s4d and so from year to year at every of the feasts aforesaid 13s4d until the whole sum of 5li be fully paid in every part and if default be made in any payment abovesaid at any day of payment of the money by fifteeen days or any parcel thereof that from thence forth it shall be lawful for the said Thos Paycocke Robt Sely Jn Crowchman and Jn Ashford by the licence of the court to reenter in the said curtilage and barn with their appurtenances and the same to retain and have again enjoy and possess to them and their heirs and assigns as in their former estate this surrender and seisin thereof had and delivered in any thing notwithstanding and the said Ralph Audeley Jeff Tyler and Jn Tredgold glazier their heirs and assigns from thence wholly to remove and expel and on this condition there is seisin thereof delivered in form aforesaid and they give the lord for their entry thereon to be had and made fealty to the lord
