fine 20d to this court came Wm Shorte otherwise called Poleyn and took out of the lord's hands one messuage called Michells with appurtenances and also one croft of land containing 2a as it lies under the park hedge in Colne parcel of the tenement called Gosse the Reve which late were in the tenure of Jn Grove now dead yielding therefore yearly to the lord his heirs and assigns 10s6d rent at the usual terms by equal portions to whom there is seisin thereof delivered by the steward to hold to him his heirs and assigns to the will of the lord by the services aforesaid and he gives the lord for fine for his entry to be had and made fealty to the lord
