no fine | to this court came Thos Wood and took out of the lord's hands three crofts of demesne land called Werkemans lying together near Dawescroft one head abutteth on Eldmans Gate and the other on the garden called Sebrights to have and to hold to the same Thos his heirs and assigns even from the date of this court unto the end and term of seven years then immediately following and fully to be complete yielding therefore yearly to the lord of this manor and his heirs and assigns 13s4d by equal portions at the usual terms and the same Thos his heirs and assigns shall crop and shrud at seasonable times without waste and shall make the enclosure at their own proper costs and charges during the term aforesaid |
