and further the jury say that there is one horse here within this demesne and it was further and a day was proclaimed etc therefore the lord thereof had his will by name of extrahura and it was presented to the bailiff and the tenants to value it and it was valued at 4s and delivered in money to the lord's bailiff and the bailiff thereof returned etc
