fine 2s | at the same court came Joan sometime the wife of Firmin Tiler alone examined and her cofeoffees Wm Boome and Jn Tredgold glazier and surrendered to the lord one messuage with a garden adjoining in Colne and the appurtenances sometime called Tanners that the lord therewith might do their pleasure and the lord being thereof so seised of their special favour regranted the said messuage with appurtenances to the said Joan Wm Jn and Rich their heirs and assigns to whom there is seisin thereof delivered by the steward to have and to hold to the said Joan Wm Jn and Rich during the life of the said Joan so that after her decease all the said messuage with the garden may wholly remain to the said Rich Tiler to hold to him and his heirs and assigns forever by the rod to the will of the lord to fulfill and perform the last will of Jeff Tiler his brother saving the right etc and hereupon they give fine etc and made fealty |
