fine 12d to this same court came Alice late wife of Rich Skinner in her pure widowhood Thos Moordon Wm Hawke and Jn Tredgold painter present in court and surrendered to the lord one croft of land lying near the lord's park containing in it 4a2r called The Parkefield and abutting on the land called Wallefields of one part and upon land called Chewneyland of the other part with appurtenances to the use of Thos Sewhall Robt Sewhall Jn Smythe son of Jn Smythe of Colne Engaine and Wm Hawke of Earls Colne to whom by the steward there is seisin thereof delivered to have and to hold to the aforesaid Thos Robt Jn and Wm their heirs and assigns forever by the rod to the will of the lord by the ancient services and customs saving the right etc and they give fine etc and made fealty
