| fine 4d | to the court above written came Ralph Audele Jn Ascheford and Jn Smyth and surrendered into the hands of the lord one croft of land called Tyleryscroft lying between Wryght's and lands of Heyhows one head upon a tenement of Jn Hale and the other head upon Heyhous Lane with its appurtenances for the lord to do as he will and the lord thus seised thereof now at the same said (sic) regranted the said croft of land to Jn Martyn citizen of London tailor and Ralph Audele to whom was delivered thereof seisin to have and to hold to the aforesaid Jn and Ralph their heirs and assigns forever by the rod at the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor saving the rights etc and upon this they gave for a fine etc and made fealty |
