| fine 4d | to the same said court came Ralph Audele and surrendered into the hands of the lord one barn called Panellsbern with garden adjoining late in the tenure of Simon Tye for the lord to do as he will and the lord thus seised thereof now at this court regrated the said barn with garden to Simon Levyton Ralph Audele and Wm Spryg to whom was delivered thereof seisin to have and to hold to the aforesaid Simon Levyton Ralph and Wm their heirs and assigns by the rod at the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor saving the rights etc and upon this they gave for a fine etc as etc and made fealty etc |
