fine 12d | and to this court came Jn Tredegold and surrendered into the hands of the lord parcel of a certain tenement with garden adjoining next to the cemetery of the aforesaid Colne on the south part and the west with a certain purpresture on the south part of the same said tenement as enclosed with palings there together with another purpresture on the other part of the way there opposite the said tenement which was lately of Thos Gernon and one croft of land lying next to Berecroft sometime of Roger Moordon with appurtenances more or less and with a certain stable situated next to and adjoining a gateway of the manor opposite the king's highway on the north part for the lord to do as he would and immediately in this same court the lord by his steward by his special grace regranted to the aforesaid Jn Tredgold Ralph Kebbell and Thos Clerk the aforesaid parcel of the tenement with purprestures croft stable and with all other their appurtenances as above named and delivered thereof seisin to them to have to the same said Jn Tredgold Ralph Kebbell and Thos Clerk and their assigns from the lord by the rod at the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor by the services and customs etc saving the rights etc and they gave to the lord for a fine as shown etc and made fealty to the lord thereof |
