fine 6d and to the same court came Rich Goolde Jn Worthy Wm Bome and Ralph Audele and surrendered into the hands of the steward two messuages called Prudmans and Lethiardes with their appurtenances lying in the aforesaid Colne for the lord to do as he would and straight away in the same instant court the lord out of his special grace regranted to the aforesaid Rich Goold Dionis his wife Jn Worthe Wm Kirwyn Robt Smyth and Ralph Kebbell the aforesaid two messuages with their appurtenances to hold to themselves their heirs and assigns from the lord by the rod at the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor by the ancient services and customs etc saving the right etc and they gave to the lord for a fine etc and made fealty to the lord etc
