9marks sterling in the nine years next following viz at each of the feasts of pentecost after the date of this court 13s4d or within fifteen days then next following and that if the said 9marks in the said years at the aforesaid feasts should by paid that then this surrender should stand in full effect etc and if there be default in any year at any term or by the fixed day for payment in part or in whole that then it should be allowed to the aforesaid
