farm years and at this same court the lord by his steward granted out of his hands to Ralph Kebbell one parcel of the lands of Lowefeld according as they lie between the lands of the prior and The Condyth against the way at the wood called Chalkeneywood on one part and the water running at the herd house as far as the said way whereof one head abuts upon a parcel of land lying next to The Wellehous the other upon the king's highway to hold to the same said Ralph Kebill and his assigns from the feast of easter before this present date for a term of twenty years then next following returning thereof to the lord per annum 30s4d annual rent at the terms of the manor in equal portions
