fine 4s and to this same court came Ralph Audele and Jn Tyrell who held estate with Agnes Bredon now dead and surrendered into the hands of the lord one cottage with appurtenances called Joldaynes illegible text lying between a tenement now of Jn Keme on one part and a tenement of Jn March glover on the other part to the use of Thos Reynolds Isabel his wife and illegible text to whom the lord by his steward granted thereof seisin to them to hold to themselves and their assigns from the lord by the rod at the will of the lord and according to the custom of the manor by the ancient services and customs etc and upon the condition that the aforesaid Thos Reynold should pay or cause to be paid to the said Ralph Audele and Jn Tyrell or their attorney 33s4d viz at the feast of michaelmas next after the date of this court after one complete year 20s and at the feast of michaelmas then next immediately following 13s4d upon pain of default of the payment of the said 33s4d of reentry into the said cottage etc and they gave to the lord for fine etc and made fealty to the lord etc
