fine 12d | and to this same court came Jn Levyng and Clem his wife she herself solely examined and surrendered into the hands of the lord one cottage parcel of a tenement of the said Thos Morse with garden adjoining with appurtenances lying between Wrights Garden on one part and a tenement pertaining to the capital messuage called Morses on the other part to the use of Jn Hondwyk Hugh Woodrove and Robt Audele to whom the lord by his steward granted thereof seisin to hold to the same said Jn Hondwyk Hugh Woodrove and Robt Audele and their assigns from the lord by the rod at the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor by the ancient services and customs etc saving the right etc and they gave to the lord for a fine as shown etc and made fealty to the lord etc |
