fine 6d at this court the homage present that Robt Lytman out of court surrendered into the hands of the lord in the presence of the bailiff and other of the lord's tenants one tenement with its appurtenances lying between a messuage late of Jn Turnour on one part and a messuage of Jn Lavenham on the other part late of Jn Bray to the use of Agnes his wife to whom it was granted thereof seisin to hold for her lifetime etc returning thereof to the lord per annum 3d and suit at court and she made fealty to the lord and was admitted and after the decease of Agnes herself the aforesaid tenement to be sold by the executors of the said Robt for the best price which is possible and the money thereof acquired by the same said sale to be distributed and disposed of for the souls of the said Robt and Agnes etc and she gave to the lord for a fine for entry as shown in the margin
