to this court came Robt Materas and took out of the lord's hands one pasture containing by estimation 18a with 2a of meadow with appurtenances to hold to him and his heirs of the lord etc to the will of the lord etc and the said Robt shall yearly fell the bushes and brooms of 2a and growing upon the said 2a and so from year to year one after another immediately following every year the bushes and brooms of 2a in form aforesaid shall fell and cut down until the foresaid tenement with the appurtenances be purged and made clean and he giveth the lord for fine as appears and made fealty
