the jurors present that Jn Keble who held of the lord one tenement lying in Colne called Langtones and one garden adjoining with appurtenances lying between the tenement sometime Ralph Kebbill's now in the tenure of Wm Game and the way called Morses lane of the one part and the way leading to Colchester of the other part died sole seised and that Ralph Kebbill is his son and next heir and of full age who being present in the court desired to be admitted to the said tenement with other the premises to his right and inheritance and because it is so found he is admitted tenant thereof to hold to him and Jn Wastelin the elder and their heirs of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor by the rents and services etc and they give for fine 3s4d and made fealty
