to this court came Jn Gernon and Cecily his wife and Robt Gernon their son and Robt Booner and the said Cecily being alone and examined surrendered to the lord's hands one cottage with a garden adjoining sometime Jn Lavenham's with appurtenances as they lie near the Stone Cross there to the intent that the lord of his special grace might regrant the said cottage with the premises to the said Jn Gernon and Cecily his wife and Robt their son to whom the lord granted seisin thereof to hold to them and their heirs of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord etc and they give the lord for fine 12d and made fealty
