Greenes Tenement
with appurtenances to the use of

to whom the lord granted seisin thereof to hold to him and

their heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor by the rents etc on condition following viz that if the said

his wife pay or cause to be paid to

his executors or assigns 33s4d in manner and form following viz in the feast of pentecost next coming 13s4d and at the feast of pentecost then next following 13s4d and in the feast of pentecost then next following 6s8d that then this present surr ender shall remain and be in all its strength and if there be default in any of the said payments in part or in whole at any feast in which it ought to be paid that then it shall be lawful to the said
