Pannells and it is found by the homage that Jn Wastelin smith out of the court surrendered into the lord's hands by the hands of Walt Tidder the lord's bailiff in the presence of Jeff Audeley and Robt Bieston the lord's tenants the same witnessing according to the custom of the manor one tenement with the appurtenances late Jn Hayes and Agnes his wife and also one barn with a garden adjoining called Pannells except the half of all the fruit viz apples and pears and all like fruits thereupon growing to Jn Haie and Agnes his wife for term of their lives and either of them longer living only reserved to the use of Jn Coo Jn Wroo and Walt Tidder their heirs and assigns to whom there is seisin thereof delivered by the rod to hold to the same Jn Coo and Jn Wroo and Walt Tedder their heirs and assigns only to the use of the said Jn Coo his heirs and assigns the half of all the fruit etc reserved to the will etc doing etc
