fine 12d and at this court the lord granted out of his hands to Thos Brette and Alice his wife and Thos Audeley the younger one tenement called Golds to whom there is seisin thereof delivered by the rod to hold to the same Thos and Alice his wife and Thos Audeley their heirs and assigns etc to the will etc it was seised into the lord's hands and so is in the lord's hands even to this present time and now at this court after proclamation thrice made in the court the lord by his steward granted the said tenement with the appurtenances
