fine 12d and in divers courts before it was given in charge to Robt Booner to repair his tenement called Goolds on pain as more plainly appeareth in the last court and that the said Robt hath not repaired his said tenement but it is fallen down therefore at this court it is given in charge to Walt Tedder the lord's bailiff to seize the said tenement into the lord's hands by cause of forfeiture and the bailiff came here into the court and answered that he hath seized the said tenement into the lord's hands and the lord thereof seised after proclamation made in the court of his more bountiful grace granted the said tenement to Margt Booner widow late wife to the said Robt Booner her heirs and assigns to whom there is seisin thereof delivered by the rod to hold to the same Margt her heirs and assigns to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor doing etc
