Litmans and Gyffords | and to this court came Robt Band and surrendered into the lord's hands two tenements whereof one is called Litmans and the other Gyffords and with a certain purpresture of land adjoining with the appurtenances late Robt Games to the use of Wm Beald Robt Samwell and Jn Carter the elder and Thos Hunte their heirs and assigns to whom there is seisin thereof delivered by the rod to hold to the foresaid Wm Robt Jn and Thos their heirs and assigns to the will etc doing etc on condition following viz if the foresaid Wm Beald pay or cause to be paid to the foresaid Robt Band or his certain attorney 10li10s of lawful money of England in manner under written viz within fifteen days after the days of the birth of st john the baptist next following after the date of these presents 30s and within fifteen days after the feast of st john the baptist then next following 20s and so thenceforth paying from feast to feast and year to year 20s until the aforesaid sum of 10li10s be fully paid that then this present surrender stand in all his strength and effect on pain of reentry |
