fine 12d and it is found by the homage that Isabel Hawke widow which had estate jointly with Wm Hawke her husband and Jn Tilwicke now deceased to them and their heirs of and in three crofts of customary land called Petterscrofts with the appurtenances the same Isabel out of court and since the last court surrendered into the lord's hands the foresaid three crofts of land with the appurtenances by the hands of Robt Huddesson the lord's tenant in the presence of Wm Choppet clerk Jn Reynold and other of the lord's tenants the same witnessing according to the custom of the manor to the use of Wm Finche his heirs and assigns to which Wm Finche by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered by the rod to hold to him Jn Wastelin their heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord etc and he quiteth the fine and made fealty etc
