Joldens and Wallefields fine 6s8d to this court came Isabel Tidder widow and surrendered into the lord's hands one messuage one barn and one garden customary with the appurtenances called Joldens three crofts of land customary called Wallefields to the use of Jn Ponchard and Marge his wife and their heirs on condition following viz that if the foresaid Jn Ponchard or his certain attorney his heirs or executors pay or cause to be paid to the foresaid Isabel or her certain attorney or her executors 12li of lawful money of England in manner and form following viz at the day of the date of this court 26s8d and at the feast of pentecost then next following 26s8d until the aforesaid sum of 12li be fully paid and satisfied that then this surrender and seisin thereof delivered shall stand in all his power and virtue and if there be default made in any payment of the payments aforesaid contrary to the form aforesaid that then this present surrender and seisin thereof delivered shall be void and accounted for nothing and that then it shall be lawful to the said Isabel and her heirs into the foresaid messuage barn and garden called Joldens and also the three crofts of land called Wallecrofts with the appurtenances by the licence of the lord and his court to reenter have again and repossess and the foresaid Jn Punchard and Marge their heirs and assigns from thence wholly to expel and remove this present surrender and seisin thereof delivered in any thing notwithstanding to which Jn Ponchard and Marge by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to them their heirs and assigns in form aforesaid of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord etc and they give fine and made fealty
