it is found by the homage that Jn Wro which had estate jointly with Sibil late his wife and Robt Booner now deceased to them and their heirs according to the custom of the manor one croft of customary land with the appurtenances containing by estimation 8a of land lying in Lowfield under Chyffen near Bercaris and the conduit as appeareth here in the 1Rich3 the same Jn Wro lately died since the last court and that the said Sibil yet liveth and cometh to do fealty for the foresaid 8a of land etc
